Cash on Delivery
COD is available on eligible orders across serviceable pincodes in India.
Handling fee
A ₹49 handling fee is added to COD orders and shown on the checkout summary before you place the order. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner.
Confirmation
We confirm every COD order on the phone number you provide before dispatch. If we can't reach you across two attempts, the order is held rather than cancelled.
Eligibility
COD may be unavailable on very high-value carts, on non-serviceable pincodes, or where a previous COD parcel from the same number was refused.
Refused parcels
If a COD parcel is refused at the door without a reason, we may ask for prepayment on future orders. If something is wrong with the parcel, refuse it and tell us the same day so we can send a replacement.
