Terms of Service
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed once we accept it and dispatch the parcel. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing or delivery serviceability makes it impossible to fulfil, and you'll be refunded in full.
Pricing
Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping and any COD handling fee are shown separately at checkout before payment.
Handcrafted goods
Weaving, embroidery and dyeing are done by hand, so colour, motif placement and mirror spacing vary between pieces and from on-screen photography. This variation is part of the product.
Intellectual property
The nayira name, photography and page copy belong to us and may not be reused commercially without written permission.
