Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Pieces are made in small batches, so if something sells out between your order and packing we will call you before charging or dispatching anything.
Delivery time
Metro pincodes usually receive orders in 3–5 business days; other serviceable pincodes take 5–7 business days. Remote pincodes can take a little longer during festive weeks.
Charges
Shipping is ₹79 flat and free on orders over ₹2,499. Cash on Delivery adds a ₹49 handling fee, shown before you place the order.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by SMS or email once the parcel is handed to the courier. If tracking hasn't moved for two days, write to siddharth.pitstop@gmail.com and we'll chase it for you.
